This course has many possibilities. I can see blogs being used in the classroom as communication between teachers and students and parents. As the technology support specialist at Crockett High School I would use this as a pipeline of information between myself and the teachers and staff. I would send out "how to's" and instructions on how to use software and fix basic computer, printer, telephone, and software troubleshooting.
